Set your web browser to allow cookies
In order to log in, your web browser must be set to allow cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to verify that you are a valid member of the internet site and to prevent site abuse.   To find your type of browser and version, click HELP (at the top) and About.

In Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows

  1. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Verify that the Internet web content zone is highlighted.
  4. Click the Customize Level button at the bottom of the Internet Options dialog box.
  5. Scroll down to the Cookies section.
  6. Verify that Allow cookies  is set to either Enable or Prompt.

In Internet Explorer 5.x for Macintosh

  1. Select Edit > Preferences.
  2. Click the arrow next to Receiving Files to expand the list choices on the left.
  3. Select Cookies.
  4. Under When receiving cookies, verify that Never ask, Ask for each site, or Ask for each cookie is selected.
  5. Click OK.

In Internet Explorer 4.x

  1. Select View > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab, and then scroll down to the Security section.
  3. Under Cookies, verify that either Always accept cookies or Prompt before accepting cookies is selected.
  4. Click OK.

In Netscape 4.x and above

  1. Select Edit > Preferences.
  2. From the Category list, select Advanced.
  3. Under Cookies, verify that either Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server is selected.
  4. Click OK.
